PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order without having to give any reason. The 14 day period starts from the day of receipt of the last package. To receive a full refund, you must return the products in appropriate packaging. The items must not have been used, worn or damaged more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Items purchased in the online shop cannot be returned or exchanged in a store.

We kindly ask you to respect these conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • The clothing products have the label attached.
  • The accessories have every part of the original packaging.
  • The shoes are in the original box.

The return request may be refused if the conditions mentioned are not respected.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

On lazarworkroom.com you can purchase as a registered customer or as a guest. The return procedure in each case is indifferent.

You can make the return via the courier you prefer, although GLS is strongly recommended, the same one we use to ship. You will have to send ALL the products you intend to return in a single shipment, with the following recipient data:

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer who carries out the return operation.
As soon as we receive the return we will process it in 2/4 days.

Any refund will be made using the same method used to pay for the order.
